information. The Policy also explains the reasons behind our data collection practices and informs you of the
privacy rights and choices available to you regarding the information you submit when using our Services.
For clarity and ease of reference, the terms “TRADIIFY,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Tradiify Portal LLC
(referred to herein as “TRADIIFY” or the “Company”), a Limited Liability Company incorporated in Dubai,
United Arab Emirates (UAE), under License Number 1343624. TRADIIFY operates the online Platform and
provides Services as outlined in this Policy. The terms “you,” “your,” and “User(s)” refer to all individuals who
use the Platform, including both Students and Mentors who provide content (as further dened in our Terms of
Use).
This Policy forms an integral part of our commitment to ensuring transparency and security in how we manage
your information while providing you with exceptional nancial education services.
The Services provided by Tradiify are governed by this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Use, and any other rules,
policies, or guidelines published on the Platform that are applicable to you (collectively referred to as the
"Platform Terms"). We urge you to read this Policy carefully before accessing our Platform and using the
Services. By accessing and using the Platform, providing your Personal Information (as dened below), or
otherwise indicating your agreement when prompted, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, sharing, and
storage of information as described in this Policy, the Terms of Use, and any other applicable rules, policies, or
guidelines published on the Platform.
If you have inadvertently submitted any Personal Information to Tradiify prior to reviewing this Policy, or if you
disagree with the manner in which your Personal Information is collected, stored, or used, you have the right to
access, modify, and/or delete your Personal Information in accordance with this Policy. Please refer to the
relevant clauses in this Policy for your rights and more information. Tradiify disclaims all liabilities arising from
the use of your Personal Information as governed by the Platform Terms.
If any information you have provided or uploaded on the Platform is found to violate the Platform Terms,
Tradiify reserves the right to require the deletion of such information and may revoke your access to the
Platform, following appropriate notice.
Key terms used in this Policy, but not explicitly dened herein, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in our

2. APPLICATION OF THE POLICY


This Policy is applicable to all Users of the Platform and governs the collection of your information exclusively
through this Platform only.
Tradiify has instituted reasonable measures in accordance with applicable laws and industry standards to
safeguard Personal Information, treating it as condential. These measures are designed to protect Personal
Information from unauthorized access, improper use, disclosure, alteration, unlawful destruction, accidental
loss or misuse.


3. ACCESS TO INFORMATION


To fully utilize the features and benets available on our Platform, you are required to create an account. During
the account creation process, you must provide certain Personal Information as requested. While some
information, including consent to receive promotional oers from Tradiify, is optional, it enhances your user
experience.
You may access and view the Platform as a guest without registering or providing Personal Information. Tradiify
disclaims any responsibility for information provided by you in a guest capacity, except as mandated by
applicable laws, regulations, or directives from competent authorities.
In the future, Tradiify may request additional optional information to further customize and personalize the
Platform to better serve your needs.
Tradiify reserves the right to maintain records of communications, including telephone calls and emails, received
from or made by you. These records may be retained for purposes related to service delivery, including inquiries
and feedback, to ensure the eective and ecient provision of our Services.


4. CONTROLLING PERSONAL INFORMATION


Tradiify acts as the data controller for all Personal Information collected and processed in relation to your use of
the Platform and the provision of Services oered therein. As the data controller, Tradiify determines the
purposes and means of processing your Personal Information.
The types of Personal Information collected and processed by Tradiify are outlined in detail below. This
includes, but is not limited to, information provided during account creation, interactions with the Platform,
and any other information relevant to the use of our Services.


5. MINORS USING PLATFORM 


In accordance with our Terms of Use, registration on the Platform requires compliance with the ‘Age
Requirements’ outlined in the Account Creation section. If you are a “Minor” (dened as an individual who
does not meet the Age Requirements), you are prohibited from registering directly on the Platform. Only a
Parent or legal guardian may register on your behalf, agree to all Platform Terms, and facilitate your access under
their supervision.
While certain Services may necessitate the collection of a Minor's Personal Information, Tradiify does not
intentionally collect such information without parental consent. We assume that any Personal Information
provided by a Minor has been submitted with the consent of their Parent or guardian. If you are a Parent or
guardian and believe that your Minor has provided Personal Information without your consent, please contact
us immediately. Upon discovery that Personal Information has been collected from a Minor without parental
consent, we will promptly take measures to delete such information from our records.
The provisions of this policy apply equally to Minors and adults. If a Minor experiences any form of abuse or
harassment while using our Services, you must notify us in writing so that appropriate actions can be
considered.


6. DEFINITION OF PERSONAL AND SENSITIVE INFORMATION


For the purposes of this Policy, "Personal Information" refers to any data that identies an individual User,
including but not limited to, rst and last name, identication number, email address, age, gender, location,
photograph, and/or phone number, whether provided during registration or subsequently on the Platform.
"Sensitive Personal Information" encompasses the following categories: (i) passwords and nancial data
(excluding the truncated last four digits of a credit/debit card), and bank account details; (ii) health-related
information; (iii) ocial identiers such as biometric data, unique identication numbers issued by your
jurisdiction, social security numbers, driver's licenses, and passports; (iv) information regarding sexual
orientation, race, ethnicity, political or religious beliefs or aliations; (v) account credentials and passwords; and
(vi) any other data classied as ‘sensitive personal data’ or ‘special categories of data’ under United Arab Emirates
(UAE) Electronic Transactions and E-Commerce Law (Federal Law No. 1 of 2006), the internationally
recognized standards of EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021
on the Protection of Personal Data (“Data Protection Laws”), or any other applicable or equivalent legislation.
In this Policy, the term "Personal Information" shall be understood to include "Sensitive Personal Information,"
as the context requires.
We strongly advise that you refrain from providing Tradiify with any Personal Information unless explicitly
requested by us. Should you voluntarily share any Personal Information with Tradiify without such a request,
Tradiify disclaims all liability concerning the handling or processing of such unsolicited Personal Information.


7. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT


Tradiify collects information you provide, data on how you interact with content, and details from any
third-party platforms you connect with. Additionally, we automatically collect data such as information about
your device and your usage patterns, including which aspects of our Services you engage with or spend time on.
All data outlined in this section is subject to comprehensive processing activities, which may include but are not
limited to: collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, altering, retrieving, encrypting, de-identifying,
anonymizing, erasing, combining, transmitting, analyzing, sharing, and otherwise managing your data to
facilitate and enhance the Services we provide.

your occupation, areas of skill interest. Upon successful
account creation, Tradiify assigns a unique identication
number to your account.
You may also elect to furnish additional prole information,
such as a photograph, headline, biography, language
prociency, website link, social media proles, country of
residence, or other pertinent data. Please note that the
information provided in your prole will be publicly
accessible and viewable by other users of the Platform.

Content Sharing by Mentors

Certain features of the Services allow Mentors to interact
with other users or share content publicly. This may include
uploading courses, educational materials, posting reviews,
asking or answering questions, sending messages to students
or other instructors, and uploading photos or other works.
Depending on the location where this content is shared, it
may be accessible and publicly viewable by other users.

Content Viewed by Students 

When Students access content on the Platform, we collect
data related to their activity. This includes details about
which courses, assignments, training, labs, workspaces, tools,
and quizzes they have started and completed, as well as
information regarding content purchases, subscriptions,
earned credits, completion certicates, and interactions with
mentors, employees, teaching assistants, and other students.
We also collect your assignments, submissions, answers to
questions, and other materials submitted to fulll course and
content requirements.

Biometric Information :
Depending on the service, biometric data such as facial
recognition data, and even voice recordings could be
collected. Granted only to the veried user and reducing the
risk of fraud. This type of data can also enhance user
experience by streamlining the login processes and transaction
verications. 

Technical Information:
TRADIIFY processes and complies with the collection of
technical data including IP addresses, device identiers like
IMEI, IMSI, UUID, and MAC addresses, as well as operating
system versions, device specications, network providers, and
connection details. This data helps TRADIIFY, enhance user
experience, improve service security, and optimize
functionality across devices and networks. 

User Data:
TRADIIFY processes information about how users interact
with the website, including tracking URLs visited, products
viewed, search history, page performance such as load times
and error rates, and user engagement with the site. This data
is utilized to enhance the functionality of the website,
improve user experience, and optimize TRADIIFY's
products and services.
We gather this information and supporting documents to
complete our verication process and fulll any obligations
under applicable agreements or arrangements with you

For Mentors:

If you are a Mentor, you may link your payment account to
the Services to receive payments. Upon linking, Tradiify
collects and processes necessary information, including your
payment account email address, account ID and number,

comply with legal obligations, Tradiify works with trusted
third-party providers to collect tax-related information, such
as residency details, tax identication numbers, and other
required biographical data. Please note that Tradiify does not
collect or store sensitive bank account details for security
purposes. The collection, use, and disclosure of your
payment, billing, and tax data are governed by the privacy
policies and terms of service of your payment account
provider. 

For Students:

When processing a purchase on Tradiify, we collect essential
information, including your name, billing address, and ZIP
code, to fulll your order. This information may be retained
to facilitate future transactions or refunds. Payment and
billing details, such as your name, credit card information and
billing address, must be provided directly to our third-party
payment service providers. We may also receive limited data from these providers, including updates about your payment
card and the last four digits of the card, to support
transaction processing. For security purposes, Tradiify does
not collect or store sensitive cardholder data, including full
credit card numbers or card authentication information.

Authorized representatives of Tradiify use your information on a need-to-know basis, and any unauthorized use or disclosure will be investigated in accordance with applicable Data Protection Laws.

Service Providers and Third Party Vendors: Information may be shared with third-party vendors and service providers, including consultants and payment processors, to support the functionality of the Platform and deliver services. These third parties are prohibited from using your information for purposes other than those specified and must comply with this Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Platforms and Collaborative Services:  Information may be shared with third-party platforms that enable interaction between Mentors and Students, such as discussion forums or other educational tools. The shared data will be limited to what is necessary for participation in these services. Since these platforms operate independently, we recommend reviewing their privacy policies and terms before engaging with them.

        4. Compliance and Legal Requirements: We may disclose information in response to legal processes, including court orders and governmental requests. Such disclosures may be made to comply with laws, protect rights and property, or address criminal activity, fraud, and misuse of our Platform. We will attempt to provide prior notice of such disclosures when legally permissible.

        5. Business Transfers and Ownership Changes: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets, user information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. This Privacy Policy will continue to apply, and the new entity must adhere to its terms regarding the use of your information.

        6. Third Party-Advertising and Analytics: Usage data may be shared with third-party advertisers and analytics providers through cookies and similar technologies for advertising and analytics purposes.

    2. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER

    Your information, including Personal Information, may be stored and processed on the servers and database located in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and may be stored, processed and transferred to servers and databases located in India  and potentially in other countries as Tradiify expands its infrastructure. These countries may have possibly different privacy laws. As a result, your information could be subject to the legal and regulatory frameworks of those jurisdictions, including potential disclosure to government authorities, regulatory bodies, or private entities due to legal or regulatory requests, court orders, or similar processes.

    If you access our Platform from outside the UAE, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the UAE, India or other countries where Tradiify or its affiliates in future may operate. By using our Platform or providing information, you consent to such transfers. In cases where the applicable laws of your country impose specific requirements for data processing, the legal grounds for processing your information include the performance of our contractual obligations, compliance with legal requirements, and our legitimate business interests, such as enhancing our services and preventing fraud.

    Tradiify ensures that any international cross-border data transfers are conducted in accordance with this Privacy Policy and with appropriate safeguards, in compliance with applicable Data Protection Laws and Regulations.

    1. DURATION FOR DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

    When you delete your account or any information provided on the Platform, the corresponding data will generally be removed from our servers. However, certain information may be retained as necessary to fulfill legal obligations, business requirements, or other purposes outlined in this Policy. 

    Please note that not all content you have publicly shared on the Platform, such as comments or feedback, can be entirely deleted. In such cases, we will anonymize your Personal Information to ensure that you cannot be personally identified in connection with the content. Any disclosure of aggregated or de-identified information will be done in a manner that prevents your identification.

    1. DATA PROTECTION AND SECURITY MEASURES

    Tradiify employs robust security softwares and protocols to safeguard your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures are tailored to the type and sensitivity of the data we collect and store. However, no system is entirely infallible, and we cannot guarantee complete protection against unauthorized access to communications between you and Tradiify, the Services, or any data provided to us.

    Your password is a crucial component of our security framework. You are responsible for its protection and should not share it with third parties. If you suspect your password or account has been compromised, promptly change your password and notify our Support Team.

    We utilize encryption software during data transmission and maintain electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the collection, storage, and disclosure of Personal Information, including Sensitive Personal Information. In some instances, proof of identity may be required before disclosing Personal Information.

    While we strive to ensure that our third-party service providers adhere to our security standards, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of any security breach, Tradiify's systems are designed to minimize the impact, but complete immunity from risks cannot be assured.

    KYC information collected is fully encrypted and accessible only by designated authorities within Tradiify. Users are encouraged to safeguard their accounts against unauthorized access and to take immediate action if they believe their credentials have been compromised.

    1. TARGETED ADVERTISING PRACTICES

    Tradiify may display personalized advertising on unaffiliated sites based on your interactions with our Platform and Services. These ads, commonly known as interest-based or targeted ads, are driven by algorithms that track your personal interests, preferences, and activities, such as registering on our Platform or interacting with pages featuring Tradiify content.We strictly comply with applicable laws, including the UAE's National Media Council Resolutions on Advertising Standards, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, Consumer Protection Law, and guidelines from the Digital Advertising Alliance and Federal Trade Commission.

    We do not share your Personal Information with advertisers or third-party sites displaying these ads. However, advertisers and third parties involved in serving ads may infer that users interacting with these ads belong to the target audience for the ad. Additionally, third parties may provide us with information about your interests and demographic details, which we may use to tailor more relevant advertising to you.

    Advertisers may use technologies such as cookies to deliver ads directly to your browser, collect your IP address, and measure ad effectiveness. Tradiify does not control these cookies or other tools used by third parties, and their practices are not governed by this Policy. For more information about their privacy practices, you should contact these advertisers directly.

    If we adopt an advertising-supported revenue model in the future, we may share certain anonymized system and usage data with third-party advertisers to present targeted ads. Advertisers may also use data collection tools to gather system data for ad personalization and web analytics. To learn more or opt out of behavioral advertising, please refer to the “Your Choices and Controls” section of this Policy. Even if you opt out, you will still receive generic ads.
